I'm Alice - A passionate arts and culture specialist with over 20 years’ experience working across London, the UK and Europe, mainly delivering educational and creative programmes in museums, visual arts and performing arts organisations.

 

I became a qualified Project Manager in 2015 and have since worked more broadly in other sectors: Higher Education, Local Authority, Urban Regeneration, Tourism, Health and Social Prescribing. I bring people together to co-design and take part in projects, find practical solutions to ongoing challenges or shaping new initiatives. I still work as a gallery educator (my first love) on and off to keep my creative and participatory skills active and stay hands-on.

 

I’ve long been interested in environmental issues — especially how small, meaningful actions can create real impact within smaller groups. I’m now a trained environmental sustainability practitioner, supporting small organisations to shape and strengthen their own work in this area.

 

My work started in engagement and participation. Now I focus on co-production — a way of working together based on trust, fairness and respect. It’s not always easy, but I believe it’s the right way to work.
