I'm Alice - A passionate arts and culture specialist with over 20 years’ experience working across London, the UK and Europe, mainly delivering educational and creative programmes in museums, visual arts and performing arts organisations in the UK and in France. I'm also bilingual in French and English.
I became a qualified Project Manager in 2015 and have since worked more broadly in other sectors: Higher Education, Local Authority, Urban Regeneration, Tourism, Health and Social Prescribing. I bring people together to co-design and take part in projects, find practical solutions to ongoing challenges or shaping new initiatives. I still work on and off as a gallery educator (my first love) to keep my creative and participatory skills active and stay hands-on.
I’ve long been interested in environmental issues — especially how small, meaningful actions can create real impact. I’m now a trained environmental sustainability practitioner, supporting organisations (especially charities, sole traders, SMEs and CICs) to shape and strengthen their own work in this area.
My work started in engagement and participation. Now I focus on co-production — a way of working together based on trust, fairness and respect. It’s not always easy, but I believe it’s the right way to work.
Have a look around to see what I do and the projects I’ve worked on (finally, my friends might get it!).
